Our story
WHY SADBOY EXISTS

Christopher Barkley was someone's best friend.

On January 16, 2022, Chris passed away unexpectedly. An engineer who worked on the F-35. A patent attorney who made Law Review his first year of law school. A soccer goalie who earned Goalie of the Year his senior season. A husband. A friend. The person in every room whose laugh you could pick out from across the building.

Chris was brilliant, driven, and deeply loved. And like so many men, he carried things quietly.
