Christopher Barkley was someone's best friend.

On January 16, 2022, Christopher Barkley passed away unexpectedly.

He was an engineer who worked on the F-35. A patent attorney who made Law Review his first year of law school. A soccer goalie who earned Goalie of the Year his senior season. A husband. A friend. The person in every room whose laugh you could pick out from across the building.

Chris was brilliant, driven, and deeply loved. And like so many men, he carried things quietly.

Mental health doesn't show up on a resume. It doesn't care how accomplished you are or how much people love you. And for men, the world has never made it easy to say anything about it out loud.
